As an author I started out in my twenties with the first draft. My aspirations were duly written and sent out but without feedback and busy with young children, husband, pets and full-time working I did not pursue what I wanted to do. I never gave up, and finally looked at it again with much support and encouragement in the last couple of years I renewed my endeavours.
I hope you like this ‘female chauvinist sow’ viewpoint. Hopefully my optimism and the ‘if I can’t do, I will find out how to’ attitude will inspire others to have belief in themselves. And not take too long to follow their own dreams.
If you are curious enough to give this book a read, any positive feedback by way of reviews will be gratefully recieved and give impetus to another in a similar vein.

Manners, Morals and Motorbikes
This is a memoir of being a young girl (in the early 1970s) with a profound need for independence, in a male (very dominated) environment. Looking around, the motorbike seemed to have it all, NOW.
Just buy your bike, tax and insure it, get provisional licence and hey presto – hit the go button. At first life is at your fingertips – in the way of a throttle, but like life, it is ready to throw curveballs at you, all the time.
